Gianluca Curci (born July 12, 1985 in Rome) is a football (soccer) goalkeeper. Curci is a product of the world famous AS Roma youth academy. At only 19, he became the club's first choice goalkeeper for the second half of the 04/05 season after injuries to fellow goalkeepers Ivan Pelizzoli and Carlo Zotti. Despite being replaced in the 05/06 season by new Brazilian keeper Doni, great things are still expected of him.
