Stefano Okaka Chuka (born 9 August 1989) is an Italian football player, currently playing for AS Roma in Serie A. He is a prodigy and considered great for the future.
Okaka was born to Nigerian parents in Castiglione del Lago, Perugia. His family later obtained Italian citizenship.
Okaka entered in AS Roma youth team, winning the national title in 2005, scoring goals against Juventus F.C. in the semi-final, and Atalanta B.C. in the final. On 29 September 2005, he made his debut with the major team in UEFA Cup, playing against Aris FC, and becoming thus the youngest Italian footballer to debut in an international competition.
Stefano also scored his first official goal for Roma in an Italian Cup match against S.S.C. Napoli, on 8 December of the same year, with a powerful run from midfield and a precise shot to the left of the goalie. He has since then appeared a number of times for the senior squad and is poised to play more as
Luciano Spalletti, Roma's coach, has often hinted at.
On September 17, 2006, Okaka scored his first Serie A goal, the last of three AS Roma goals in a 3-1 win over AC Siena.
